Tricolor Brake Fern is a small but a colorful tropical fern with shiny fronds with a texture that emerge red then turn bronze before maturing to green while maintaining red midveins. Grows best with good indirect sun with consistently moist and peaty well-drained soils.

MAINTENANCE NEEDS: Low Maintenance. Keep soil damp but not saturated, and reduce watering in winter. Fertilize with low-dose fertilizer twice a month during the growing season. Leaves will twist and pale with too much sunlight, and turn papery or brown when too dry.
