Princess Napier Grass is a compact tender ornamental grass with upright arching foliage that darkens to deep purple as summer temperatures rise. fluffy purple bottle-brush like flower spikes bloom in late fall, if not exposed to freezing temperatures.  Grows best with full sun and medium to wet well-drained soils.  Drought tolerant once established.
