Ragged Robin is an upright herbaceous perennial that forms a narrow rosette with hairy grey-green foliage. Sparcely branched stems host clusters of star-shaped rose pink flowers at the ends in mid spring into summer, and another sporadic bloom through the rest of summer. Flowers best with afternoon shade in the South and moist fertile soils. Drought tolerant once established.
