Centennial Spirit Crape Myrtle is a upright deciduous shrub with and exfoliating bark and dark green leaves that turn red-orange in fall. The heavy blooms of frilly panicles are rose red to rich red depending on the heat and smother the branches from mid summer into fall. Best color in full sun and rich, well-drained acidic soil.
