Hidcote St. John's Wort is a compact deciduous shrub with twiggy upright red stems and lace-shaped dark green foliage. The large waxy golden yellow flowers with bushy stamen are lightly fragrant and bloom in summer. Best bloom in full sun and well-drained soils. Heat and drought tolerant once established.
