Jade Star Lenten Rose is a late winter-blooming evergreen perennial with leathery dark green basal foliage. Clusters of nodding cup shaped green flowers flushed and veined with maroon bloom throughout spring. Best bloom in dappled sun and moist well-drained soils. All parts of the plant are toxic if ingested.
