So White Anise-scented Sage is a tender upright clumping herbaceous perennial with an open habit and wrinkled dark green foliage that is lightly fragrant when bruised. Tall spikes covered with tiny two-lipped white flowers open from pink buds from summer until first frost, attracting hummingbirds. Flowers best in full sun and moist well-drained soils.
