Duchess of Edinburgh Clematis is a deciduous climbing perennial vine with bright green foliage that flowers on both new and old wood.  The large double white flowers with the occasional green tint bloom first heavily in early spring on old wood than again from late summer to fall on new wood.  Prefers full sun and moist well-drained soil.  Needs support.
