This plant typically grows to a height of 2-3 feet with a similar spread. It prefers full sun and is adaptable to a variety of soil conditions, but it thrives best in well-drained, fertile soils. Blue Yonder Lily of the Nile is a great choice for coastal gardens, borders, or as a container plant.

The flowers of Blue Yonder Lily of the Nile are blue and appear in large, round clusters on tall stems in the summer. The leaves are strap-like and have a dark green color.
