Monrovia® Summerlasting Plum Crape Myrtle is a dwarf upright deciduous shrub with excellent branching and near-black foliage. The red-purple panicles bloom throughout summer and are self-cleaning. Best color in full sun and rich well-drained soil. A Monrovia exclusive.
