White Clips Bellflower is a lovely compact perennial that forms a neat mound of foliage. Its upward-facing, cup-shaped flowers are violet-blue and bloom from late spring through summer and into fall if deadheaded. Flowers best in filtered sun in the South and consistently moist well-drained soils.
