Vespers Blue Veronica is a densely compact herbaceous perennial with tidy narrow lance-like green leaves. Vertical flower spikes packed with tiny vibrant blue to violet-blue flowers top the foliage in summer. Grows best in full sun and well-drained soils. Tolerates light shade.
