Golden Spirit Smokebush is a stunning large shrub or small tree with an upright rounded habit grown more for its bright foliage than its flowers. The bright yellow foliage emerges chartreuse with hints of orange, and shifts through amber to burgundy in fall. Golden Spirit was developed to not flower, though sparse airy clusters may occur in spring. Best color in full sun and moist, well-drained soils. Scorch resistant.
