Ruby Riot Creeping Phlox is a low-growing native evergreen perennial with dark green awl-shaped foliage. The dense carpet of larger ruby pink flowers with magenta eyes nearly cover the foliage in spring attracting butterflies. Best flowering in full sun and rich, moist, well-drained soils.
