Happy Carmen Canna Lily is a dwarf basal-clumping herbaceous perennial with dramatically large rich green foliage. The dense clusters of hot red flowers bloom on stalks from midsummer until frost attracting bees and butterflies. Blooms best in full sun and rich, moist well-draining soils. Deer Resistant.
