Powder Blue Giant Dwarf Crested Iris is a rapidly spreading native deciduous perennial with long, sword-like medium green foliage that fans upwards. Very short stems sport three parted pale purple-blue flowers with fringed yellow crests and deeper blue accents on the falls in late spring to early summer, attracting bees. Grows best in rich, slightly acidic, moist well-drained soils. Drought tolerant once established.
