Northern Borders Cotoneaster is a slow-growing semi-evergreen shrub with a prostrate spreading habit and tiered horizontal branching. The dense branching is covered with dark green shiny willow-like leaves lined with white that earn a orange-red tinge fall color. White flowers bloom in late spring, which then give way to shiny red berries. Prefers full sun and moist, well-drained soil. Drought tolerant once established.
