Tapestry Poinsettia is a popular semi-evergreen shrub with used as a houseplant that is ready by late fall. Its large variegated green foliage with cream edges creates a low mound that is topped by massive true red bracts around tiny flower clusters in winter. Grows best with bright indirect sun and moist well-drained soils. Tapestry has improved resistance to bract edge burn and premature cyathia drop.

MAINTENANCE NEEDS: Low Maintenance. Stem or root rot may occur if overwatered. Common pests for houseplants include mites, scale, whitefly, and mealybugs. While not toxic, the sap can cause irritation especially if allergic to latex.
HOLIDAY CONTAINER CARE: Place containers in a moderately lit room. Because the decorative containers do not have drainage holes, only a light watering once a week when the top soil is dry is necessary. If you think you have overwatered, tilt the container into the sink to drain any excess water. Containers will last 6-8 weeks with proper care.
LANDSCAPE USES: Accents or Group Plantings, Borders, Rock Gardens, Houseplant, and Containers.
