Pineapple Coleus is a tender shade-loving evergreen perennial treated as an annual and grown primarily for its dramatic foliage. The serrated lime-green to lemon foliage have a very fine red margin and red that crawls from the stem onto the leaf base. Its late summer bloom is non showy and is often removed to maintain foliage display. Best color in part sun and moist, loose well-drained soils. Tolerates full sun.

MAINTENANCE NEEDS: Low maintenance. No serious pests or diseases. Watch for spider mites, aphids, and whiteflies. Wilt may occur with too much sun, while too much shade may make the plant leggy.
