Jambalaya Fountain Grass is a compact warm season ornamental grass with arching narrow green foliage and an attractive fall color.  The fluffy silvery bottle-brush like flower spikes emerge violet-pink and mature to blushed pinkish-silver beginning mid summer and continues to hold color until mid fall.  Grows best with full sun and medium to wet well-drained soils.  Jambalaya is a sterile cultivar that won't self-seed and is drought tolerant once established.
