El Desperado Daylily is a re-blooming perennial with arching grass-like deep green foliage. Long lasting vivid yellow flowers with a broad burgundy eye and stenciling blooms heavily in early summer and again in late summer. Best bloom in deep rich well-drained soils. Drought and salt tolerant once established.

MAINTENANCE NEEDS: Low maintenance. Relatively pest free, but watch for mites, aphids, and thrips. Daylily Rust can be problematic in some areas. Divide every 3-4 years in fall or spring.
