Mountain Laurel is a bushy evergreen shrub that forms a dense mound of glossy green foliage and showy clusters geometrical cup-shaped flowers that can be soft rose to white and bloom from late spring into summer. Flowers best with part shade and rich, moist, well-drained acidic soils.

MAINTENANCE NEEDS: Low Maintenance. Water regularly. Mulch to retain moisture and keep root zone cool. Prune lightly after bloom to promote bushy growth. Susceptible to blights and leaf spot. Watch for scale, borers, lace bugs, and white flies. NOTE: highly toxic and flammable - plant away from paths and home.
