Emerald Snow Fringe Flower is a compact re-blooming evergreen shrub with graceful arching branches. The glossy emerald green foliage emerges lime green. A heavy flush of white fringe-like flowers blooms in spring with smaller flushes in summer and fall. Best color in part sun and moist, acidic, well-drained soil.
