Scabrida Bamboo is a fast growing clumping bamboo with dark orange culm sheaths that open to reveal steel blue and lavender culms. The delicate looking plums of olive green foliage hold its color year round. Grows best with afternoon shade in Southern climates and moist well-drained soils. Scabrida Bamboo is non-invasive.
