Allegheny Monkey Flower is an upright herbaceous perennial with stiff branching stems. Elegant purple snapdragon-like flowers with two-lipped, open-mouthed corollas resembling the face of a smiling monkey bloom throughout summer. Flowers best in part sun and moist to wet well drained soils.
