QIS Carmine Globe Amaranth is an compact upright annual with dense branching stems covered with marrow elliptical foliage. The showy violet-red carmine brackets cover the tiny yellow flowers and form a clover-like global head bloom lasts through summer until frost. The long-lasting flowerheads are extremely attractive to butterflies and bees. Best flowering occurs in full sun and average to dry well-drained soils. Makes for an excellent cut or dried flower.
