Yokohama Red Ornamental Kale is a cool season annual with extra-curly fringed foliage with centers that turn purple-red in cool temperatures while the edges remain green. While edible, the plant is grown more for its foliage and unique tall cut-flower. Best if grown in rich, consistently moist well-drained loamy soils.
