Double Play Dolly Spirea is a dense mounding deciduous shrub with oval sharp-toothed leaves that emerges orange-red and matures to bright chartreuse. Flat-topped clusters of vibrant purple flowers cover the plant in later spring to summer. Grows best in full sun and well-drained soils. Removed spent flowers to encourage additional bloom.
