Dorthy's Dawn Lenten Rose is a late winter-blooming evergreen perennial with leathery dark green basal foliage that emerges marbled with pink and silver veining that matures to mint green veining by summer. Clusters of large nodding light pink flowers bloom from late winter into early spring. Best bloom in dappled sun and moist well-drained soils. All parts of the plant are toxic if ingested.
