Monrovia® Gay Goblin Pieris is a dense upright evergreen shrub with glossy dark green foliage that emerges bronze tinted. The drooping clusters of intensely rich pink flowers bloom from late winter into spring. Best bloom in part sun with slightly acidic and moist well-drained soils.

MAINTENANCE NEEDS: High Maintenance. Water regularly. Remove spent flowers immediately. Lace bug infections can be a serious problem. Watch for scale, mites, and nematodes. Dieback and leaf spots are occasional problems.
