Peppermint Swiss Chard is an attractive culinary annual with crinkled deep green glossy foliage highlighted by its white veins and hot pink and white striped stems. The crisp foliage has a mild, slightly sweet flavor and matures within 60 days. Grows best in cool weather with full sun and rich light soils with good drainage. Peppermint has strong disease tolerance and resistance to bolting.
