New Vintage Red Yarrow is an compact mat-forming herbaceous perennial with a tidy upright habit and deeply dissected aromatic grey-green foliage. The small ruby red flowers bloom in large flat clusters on sturdy stems above the foliage through summer into early fall and fade to attractive shades of pink or cream. An excellent cut flower that retains color when dried. Heat and drought tolerant. Prefers full sun and well-drained soils. New Vintage Red does not self-seed.
