Monrovia® Giant Bird of Paradise is a large tropical evergreen perennial that is popular as a houseplant for its massive blue green banana-like foliage. Rarely flowers indoors, but outdoors produces large bird-like flowers with white crowns and blue tongues. Grows best with bright indirect sun and consistently moist well-drained soils. When grows indoors can reach as large as 8'.
