Dusty Miller is a tender evergreen herbaceous perennial usually grown as an annual that forms a mound of wooly silver-green lobed foliage. The yellow flowers bloom beginning in the second year in the south, but are usually removed to encourage foliage growth. Flowers best in full sun and evenly moist, well-drained soils.
