Red Empress Rose is a vigorous reblooming deciduous shrub with a bushy habit and dark green foliage. Extremely fragrant clusters of double crimson red flowers bloom in 6 week cycles from spring until the first frost. Best grown in full sun and rich, moist, slightly acidic well-drained soils. Red Empress has excellent disease resistance and is self-cleaning.
