Weeping Butterfly Bush is a rounded evergreen shrub with dense arching branches and willowy deep green foliage with paler undersides. Long weeping racemes of lavender purple flowers bloom through summer and until frost if deadheaded, attracting butterflies. Best performance in full sun and moist well-drained soils. Can reach 6-8’ tall if not cut back in late winter and trained into a tree-form.
