Tidal Pool Creeping Speedwell is a creeping evergreen perennial that forms a ground hugging mat of tiny oak-like silvery blue-green foliage. Small rich violet-blue flowers with bright white eyes coat the plant from mid to late spring. Grows best in full sun and moist well-drained soils.
