Capture The Flag Coral Bells is a low-mounding evergreen perennial with deeply lobed chartreuse foliage marked with dramatic burgundy centers.  Flower scapes sporting tiny white bell-like flowers in summer attracting butterflies.  Best bloom in partial sun and moist well-drained soils.
