Madame Lemonnier Lenten Rose is a late winter-blooming evergreen perennial with leathery green basal foliage. Clusters of large forward facing plum-pink flowers with yellow stamen bloom from late winter to mid spring. Best bloom in dappled sun and moist well-drained soils. All parts of the plant are toxic if ingested.
