Perfectly Picasso Tall Speedwell is a compact erect evergreen perennial with tidy narrow lance-like green foliage. Long vertical flower spikes are packed with white buds that open to tiny vibrant pink flowers that top the foliage in summer. Grows best in full sun and moist well-drained soils. Tolerates light shade.
