Opening Act Pink-A-Dot Phlox is a vigorous evergreen perennial with upright stems and dark green awl-shaped foliage. Fragrant near-white purple flowers with dark pink star-shaped centers bloom throughout summer attracting butterflies. Best flowering in full sun and rich, moist, well-drained soils. Powdery mildew resistant and drought tolerant.

MAINTENANCE NEEDS: Medium Maintenance. Water regularly and do not overcrowd. Spider mites can be a problem in hot and dry climates. Foliar nematode can be an issue in humid/wet conditions. Cut back foliage after flowering to promote denser growth and stimulate possible rebloom.
