Tropical Toucan Bugleweed is a vibrant dwarf carpet-forming herbaceous perennial with attractive broad chartreuse gold foliage.  Spikes of small cobalt blue flowers bloom in spring.  Flowers best in part sun and moist, well-drained soils.  An aggressive spreader.  It can be evergreen in warmer climates.
