Helen's Blush Euphorbia is a compact evergreen perennial that grows in a mound.  Its upright whorls emerge with a red blush, and mature to gray-green foliage with cream variegation and fine pink margins.  Inflorescences of tiny green flowers with yellow brackets bloom from late spring into summer, attracting bees and butterflies.  Best shape in full sun and dry, well-drained soils.  Broken stems have a milky white sap that can cause significant skin irritation and is poisonous if ingested.  Helen's Blush is resistant to powdery mildew.
