Tattoo Tangerine Vinca is a compact annual with an upright mounded habit and lance like dark green foliage. The flattened 5-petaled flowers are a vibrant tropical orange with a look of hand streaked dark purple on the petals and around the center that bloom from late spring throughout summer. Flowers best in full sun and rich well-drained soils.
