Happy Line Coleus is a tender shade-loving evergreen perennial treated as an annual primarily for its dramatic foliage. The bright chartreuse foliage has ruffled edges and deep purple veining. Its late spring to summer bloom is non showy and is often removed to maintain foliage display. Best color in full sun and moist, loose well-drained soils.
