The Rocky Top Tennessee Coneflower (Echinacea tennesseensis) is a beautiful native perennial that's quite special! This rare coneflower is actually endemic to Tennessee and was once listed as an endangered species. Features narrower petals that tend to curve upward rather than drooping like common purple coneflower. Thrives in full sun and well-drained soils. The flowers attract butterflies and bees, and spent stems will stay erect and attract birds if not removed. Drought tolerant.
