Oscar White Dianthus is a mat-forming perennial with a uniform compact habit and narrow green foliage. The abundant, spicy scented, clean white fully double flowers that bloom from early spring through summer.  Blooms best in full sun and slightly alkaline, moist, and well-drained soil.
