Prunus persica ‘Ruby Prince’ is an early-season peach cultivar prized for its attractive color, firm texture, and dependable productivity. ‘Ruby Prince’ produces medium to large, round fruit with a deep red blush covering much of the yellow background, giving it striking visual appeal. The flesh is yellow, firm, and semi-freestone to freestone when fully ripe. It has a sweet, rich flavor with mild acidity, making it excellent for fresh eating. Grows best in full sun and rich, moist well-drained soils. Self-Pollinating but will benefit if another fruiting peach is planted nearby. 650-750 chilling hours needed.
