Mahogany Snow Lenten Rose is a late winter-blooming evergreen perennial with leathery dark green basal foliage and light green veining. Clusters of large forward facing creamy white flowers with rusty pink backs slowly mature to mahogany and bloom on dark red stems from late winter to mid spring. Best bloom in dappled sun and moist well-drained soils. All parts of the plant are toxic if ingested. Drought tolerant once established.
