Monrovia® Blue Balloon Bluebeard is an upright rounded deciduous shrub with aromatic dull green foliage with silvery undersides. Profuse clusters of highly fragrant indigo flowers bloom on new wood throughout summer into fall. Flowers best in full sun and loamy well-drained soils. Tolerates some drought.
